Certainly. Our Virtual Private Servers are powered by DigitalOcean, ensuring adherence to all security protocols and measures implemented by DigitalOcean.

What is the purpose of requesting an email address?

We request an email address to alert you about low or depleted account balances. Additionally, we'll use it for notifications regarding service updates, maintenance windows, or modifications to our Terms and Conditions.

Are there any restrictions or limitations on server usage?

Upon initial signup, your account has a limit of two servers. This limit automatically expands as your account matures. If you wish to expedite this process, feel free to reach out to us.

Do charges apply for a server that is not in use?

All Virtual Private Servers incur charges for their existence, regardless of activity. If you wish to stop payment for a server, kindly delete it.

How can I add funds to my account balance?

Replenish your account balance by selecting the TOP-UP button in the menu. Choose from various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and more, for account top-ups.

What happens if my account balance is insufficient?

Upon reaching a low account balance, you will receive an email notification. Please promptly top up your account to avoid any disruptions. Failure to do so may result in the permanent deletion of all your servers when the balance reaches €0.00.

What happens if my account balance depletes?

Upon reaching a balance of €0.00, all your servers will be irrevocably deleted. This includes the loss of all data stored on the servers and any associated backups.

Is it possible to withdraw funds from my account balance?

All payments are final, and there are no options for refunds or withdrawals. We recommend topping up your balance only with the amounts you intend to use.

How can I connect to my server?

To connect to your server, you must provide the public SSH key.
